Friday, August 15

No meeting at the church!  The club will meet at the Avalon Inn for setup.  Club members are encouraged to bring their show entries Friday evening.  This will allow them to help on
Saturday.  Set up time 7:00 p.m.

 

Saturday, August 16

10:00 am to 4:00 pm  Registration

10:00 am - Vendor Tables Open

6:00 pm - Banquet

7:30 pm - Guest Speaker Charlie Grimes - Ballroom

10:30 pm - Show Rooms Close

 

Sunday, August 17

8:00 am - Judging, show section of ballroom closed

11:00 am to 1:00 pm - Auction Registration

Noon - Auction Begins

3:00 pm - Show Entrants may start removing fish from show

4:00 pm - Start Chinese Raffle Drawing

4:30 pm - 29 Gallon Tank Setup Drawing

From Akron/Canton Area

Take 77 North to 76 East

Follow 76 East to 80 East (Note 76 and 80 join, stay on 80 East, DO NOT follow Pa Turnpike

Follow 80 East to 11 North

Follow 11 North to 82 West (Left hand exit)

           At first stoplight (about ¼ mile) on 82 West, turn right onto Howland  Wilson Rd            until it dead ends into East Market St. (Warren-Sharon Rd). Turn right onto East            Market Street, the Inn is a quarter mile down on the left.

From Sharon

Take 82 West towards Warren.  At the second stop light (about 8 miles down) on 82 West, turn right onto Howland Wilson Rd until it dead ends onto East Market Street. (Warren-Sharon Rd).  Turn right onto East Market, the Inn is a quarter mile down on the left.

From Cleveland

271 South to 422 East, to route 82/5 East to Sharon.  Route 5 will exit off the highway; however stay on 82 East until you come to Howland-Wilson Rd.

Turn left at the light onto Howland-Wilson, until it dead-ends into East Market Street. (Warren-Sharon Rd.).Turn right onto East Market Street, the Inn is a quarter mile down on the left.

From Pittsburgh Area

Follow I-60 North out of Pittsburgh. Take I-60 North to I-80 West

Take Route 80 West to Route 11 North, (Ashtabula)

Take 11 North to 82 West. (Left hand exit).

At first stoplight (about ¼ mile) on 82 West, turn right onto Howland Wilson Rd until it dead ends into East Market St. (Warren-Sharon Rd)

Turn right onto East Market Street, the Inn is a quarter mile down on the left.
